About the Founder:

Kan Wong is the founder of Team Repremium, a venture built on a unique fusion of high-stakes corporate leadership and a deep, certified understanding of human well-being.

With over a decade of distinguished experience in global banking, Kan held Vice President and senior Product Management roles at leading financial institutions, including Hang Seng Bank and HSBC. There, Kan was responsible for multi-million dollar portfolios, spearheading digital transformation, managing complex risk and governance frameworks, and leading strategic initiatives in sustainable finance (Green Loans, ESG). This career provided an intimate understanding of performance, pressure, and what drives success—and burnout—in corporate environments.

Parallel to this corporate journey, Kan has pursued advanced, certified study in both physical and mental well-being, complemented by hands-on experience in fitness and wellness environments. This academic and practical pursuit provides a modern, actionable approach to building resilience, focus, and team cohesion.
